Sooo it's Lithuania's independence day so I just drew this. The eyelashes look a little strange, but I tried. This is why drawing on a phone sucks-

So, basically, I based the cake on the Grand Duchy of Lithuania's flag because I didn't know what to make the frosting, and that was the first thought that popped up in my head, ya know?

If it really is the Grand Duchy of Lithuania I cannot tell you. ;)
