HELLO MY FRIENDS!

Hope you had a great week!

I had a boring one!

Cause I literally did nothing but stay at home.

But since I didn't do anything much but stay home, I drew a bunch! While watching YT in the background. But that's not relevant. 

What is relevant is that my favorite band, the Crane Wives, released a song from their new album, which is coming out on September 6th of this year.  But the song I have been listening to is on a loop, so I drew some art based on the song as I do!

Kingdom of Bréifne!

I'm still trying to choose my art style for people;-;

I thought it would fit Bréifne because, 1. in my headcanons, she loves astronomy. Also, Arcturus is the fourth-brightest star in the night sky and the brightest in the northern celestial hemisphere.  2. The meaning behind it is basically holding grief and gratitude simultaneously. Which fits Bréifne's lore with a certain person... but anyways! There is more to the meaning of the song, and I will link the rest of the meaning if you're curious.

But anyway, I guess that's all I have to say here. 

So, Orange and Navy just ended, and if you haven't read it, go read it now. It's a great book. Though, don't do what I did and read halfway through and realize there is a book 1- 

Read book 1 first, which is titled 'Purple and Gold' you can find it on the profile of  

Anyway, I started making some fan art for it on Monday because Tuesday was the ending, and I did, in fact, finish it on Tuesday. 

The best part is that the art is on F.E., who (Spoilers for anybody who didn't read the ending of Orange and Navy) basically became a God in the Many Colors of Life and Death Universe.

Oh wait, no, that's the weather in the U.S. rn-

ANYWAYSSSS I enjoyed making the fanart. I grabbed a bunch of photos of F.E. on Maple's YT channel and the book cover to create F.E., Which took about 20 minutes but was worth it.

I also struggled with the position of F.E. cause at first I wanted to make it look like she was turning around but umm it didn't come out great.. so yeah I settled with this position!

DID Y'ALL REALIZE THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DRAWING A BALD, FULL HUMAN NON STICK FIGURE COUNTRYHUMAN?! I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW EASY IT WAS. 

I still want to torture myself for some odd reason though-

Now we have beautiful balls. Balls galore. Balls going to war cause yes.

This is in reference to the Battle of Lyndanisse, the battle in which Denmark's flag supposedly fell from the sky and became the official flag of Denmark. 

So the red ball is the (Viking/Medival) Kingdom of Denmark, which had two flags, which is why KODEN has blue ears and a tail. The ball being bonked with a hammer is Revalia, and the other dark blue ball is Harjumaa. 

Harjumaa and Revalia were defeated in this battle. 

Afterwards, I requested some random battles to draw cause I couldn't think of any in that moment. 

And I got a couple, which I was very happy about!

The first one was by someone named M. They recommended doing the Gallipoli campaign!

So I grabbed a short 5-10 minute video on it and did some art!

Australia and New Zealand are chilling together in a trench, trying not to die. 

I learned a lot about Australia and New Zealand during WW1, actually, which was nice.

Anyway, the next one I enjoyed learning about was the Attack on Fort Michilimackinac. 

@Slaviore recommended this one and the rest of the battles/wars shown.  

But anyway, they gave me an extremely educational video on this attack!

I do recommend looking into it if you know nothing about it, because it honestly is an interesting topic!

What's going on here is that the Province of Quebec (1763 - 1791) is not letting B.E. inside. 

This is in reference to that one French Canadian who just slammed the door on the face of a British guy and left him to die. 

Ojibwe is the ball behind B.E. with an axe. 

Now we have the Battle of Grunwald!

With State of the Tectonic Order (White ball with the black cross), Grand Duchy of Lithuania (Red Horse ball), and (Crown) Kingdom of Poland (Red ball flying from the sky to stab Tectonic Order.) 

Tectonic Order failed. 

WHAT AN L AM I RIGHT? HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA- 

Now we have the Albanian-Yugoslav Border Conflict between Yugoslavia and (the Socialist Republic of) Albania. 

It took me a while to find a video that talked about this conflict. 

Actually, the video I found covered the entire reasoning behind why Serbia and Albania don't like each other, which was very educational!  

Anyways, finally, we have the Cuban invasion of Panama! (1959)

Fun fact: Panama is my favorite Central American country! 

Also, Cuba failed his mission. (To topple Panama's government.)

Finally, we have more Character Headcanon generator stuff! These were requested by people, so I hope you enjoy them!

Anyway, that's all I have for you for today. I totally wasn't stopped by Wattpad, which has an image limit.
