yes im deciding on either the name Damon or Caleb (thx HiddenSquirrel for the name Damon)

hes a friend of valerie's (they meet after valerie has been doing her own work for a while in a different time line, trying to get RICH™)

eventually they became friends because they both had the ability to manipulate and jump through time lines (he has 2 clocks as well, one for the past and for the present, they are both unable to jump to the future until they find another ~magical clock~  meaning that they can only jump back to where they came from, not any farther into the future :(  )

basically hes some old scuba guy who retired or something idk the functionality and origin of his costume i just wanted her to have a scuba dude friend that she found in the bottom of the ocean lOL

so tHIs is hIm 

as you can see..

-his magical clocks are on his 1) chest and 2) hanging off his broken scuba rope

-his scuba rope and tube thingo are both broken so he cant really go underwater anyways

-he was found in an underwater cave with a bunch of air pockets that he made his home

-valerie found him when she was foraging for pearls and looking for shipwrecks to raid

-he's tall™
