This is Vlair! When she was alive she was an Italian
Artist and serial killer, she would paint the location of her victim's bodies she's hidden she's been living a normal life aside from avoiding the law but when she did get caught she decided "You want me alive well you won't want me when I'm dead!" And boom she goes to hell. Her hearing is poor from the gunshot and she hates how she looks reptilian.

She hangs out with Rosie, Saule and Niffty the most!

Saule because they share the same interest in twisted art, and has a slight distaste for Alastor but respects him.

Rosie because they seem like they would be besties tbh. And Niffty because the same reason as Rosie :))
