Donut Bag is still my top comfort ship of all time. Like even if I'm not a big BFB/TPOT fan (Still like them!!! Just not as involved yknow) anymore seeing anything of these two makes my heart go nrhdkdjdkdknrn

I've been working on a ship fic, right???? And I have this habit of looking at other fics that have the same ship to kinda see how the fandom generally treats them yknow.

But I also have a REALLY BAD habit of being very picky?!?!? When it comes to reading fics. Like if the first chapter is boring or if the description/title is mid I'll end up skimming/not reading the fic at all. Sometimes I'll go to the last or any random chapter to see if it improves, but if it doesn't I'm out.

Might be bc I'm a writer so I have a higher standard of reading choice??? But it still feels shitty that I do that 🤣🤣🤣🤣 like I barely give these fics a chance.

Okay so that info is relevant bc I'm doing my ship research right. I come across this fic that looks interesting but the first chapter doesn't meet my stupid standards so I skim.

I'm on the second chapter. I see (in an A/N) that the fic will contain Donut Bag. Suddenly the fic has my FULL ATTENTION. And it's so fucking stupid that THAT is what it takes to get my attention lmfao

Slightly unrelated but when I was researching I found that this ship was often a side pairing?!?! To Fireafy. Like the tag was full of Fireafy stories and it was kinda weird. I know for a FACT there was this one 40 part story I kinda wanted to read and this was a good chance to read it, but I couldn't find it ☺☺☺☺ could be it wasn't tagged with the ship but eh.

Anyways I should probably stop being elitist when it comes to reading fics 😂😂😂😂 not a good look.

I've been thinking of incorporating Penni, Auris, and Natalie into the D&D-verse???? I've made the executive descision that their main story will involve them fighting monsters and that's a very D&D thing to do. So they have their own story along with the main party, but they're separate for the most part.

Also it's like. REALLY OBVIOUS what races the three would be if they were D&D-fied. Penni is a human, Auris is a triton(remember his Sonic version was an axolotl), and Natalie is an elf(there's actually no real reason for this other than her mystical(?) qualities).

Will have to change their wardrobes so they can fit the general fashion. Also Penni's hair is dyed so idk how that would work...but whatever maybe they have hair dye in the D&D-verse. My OC universe, I make the rules B)

Having Auris as a triton means I can give him some axolotl qualities back >:D The feelers make him look kinda goofy but it's whatever. Tbh I wanna keep them as part of his design (makes him look unique + lore reasons)

They will def look more like the one on the right. Shorter and not as feathery. Like a fin variation.

I'm not sure if he'll look similar to Ashyn like with blue skin and fins on the arms but I'll figure it out 👍

Also I almost forgot to explain lore for the feelers. It's not that much but basically aura readers (seers? What did I call them before) like him have these feelers that give them the empathy needed to see ppl's auras. Like Sylveon lol. Does this mean that every aura reader is an axolotl-based triton??? Maybe. Probably. I think that'd be cool.

I also had a revelation. Take a look and see if you notice anything.

All of them!! Are either OCs or humanizations. They all have ponytails. I MAY have a design preference for men.

There's also quite a few female characters I designed that have ponytails too. Sylnala, Ashyn, Watermelon, Strawberry.

Idk it's just something I noticed. Granted there's probably an equal amount of characters that don't have ponytails but???? Yknow.

Elf moon druid Natalie <33 Speaking of classes, idk if Penni or Auris will have one??? Penni's kinda like a fighter with a bow (she gets a sword later) but idk abt Auris. Yeah he can use aura powers for stuff but he doesn't use any other magic. That's okay though he doesn't really need a class lol.

Also have any of you noticed Wattpad has been. Deleting images. Which is a real SHAME bc I never save my drawings. But oh well ig 😞😞
