I ACCIDENTALLY PULLED AN ALL NIGHTER LMAOOOOOO

Idk?????? Usually I get super tired around 2-4am but today I had the energy to stay up :/ I am pretty cold though lolololol (Hi future Kit here I just got some sleep so 👍)

Did you know???? If you've ever experienced the phenomenon of being cold when you stay up, it's because the body's temperature drops a bit overnight bc a lower temperature helps you sleep better. Something about the natural clock and lack of light exposure.

ANYWAY. Chapter title explanation. So I had an individual video project and I wasn't gonna get away with not editing it together bc I had to act out 2 different roles. I've never edited videos before but thankfully it was actually really easy to pick up.

I got CapCut!! And literally right after I finished the editing it asked if I wanted to share it to TikTok 😭😭😭 I don't even have TikTok pls ✋✋

So I realized!!! "Holy SHIT I can make video edits with this. Holy SHIT I can make animatics with this. Holy SHIT I CAN MAKE VINE VIDEOS WITH THIS."

So depending on if I can get the energy to actually pull through with any creative project I make on there.....might be seeing new types of content........

Ooh!!! Okay so:

I was doing a project (separate from the other one I mentioned) that required me to color it so I had my color pencils handy on my drawing desk

Then I decided "damn I haven't colored in any of my drawings for a while I should try coloring something" even though I know damn well the reason why I never color ☺☺☺

Because you can't really fix a coloring mistake. For example the eyes are a bit darker than I wanted them and I colored in the pupil without regard for the...shine???? Highlights?? Light reflection??? Anyway it was hard to make the eye lighter bc I put the dark colors down first

Also past me just REALLY sucked at mixing/blending colors....also it tends to imprint on other pages and I don't like that bc EVERYTHING SMEARS and it's GROSS.

Speaking of smearing I remember colors,, ESPECIALLY YELLOW,,, picking up the graphite on the tip so the color just. Had streaks of black/gray in it and it was 🤢🤢🤢 And I had to use my nail to scratch it off so the color would be clean again.

But I wasn't thinking abt all that when I drew this 🙄🙄🙄✋✋ and yk it came out good!!! I had to retake this one a bunch of times bc the hair kept bothering me but I eventually got it 💔💔💔

Might do Pudding Cup next bc she also has a pretty eye color.... ✋✋✋ coloring with yellow is the bane of my existence though so hnfhjvyd!! It will be A Challenge.

They're so good!!! And expensive. Anyway I HAD those and that's the set where the blending pencil I was talking about comes from and I had them stored in a box in my backpack bc I took them to school just in case I needed them.

I started leaving the box at home though bc idk I guess I didn't feel like carrying them around anymore lol. And I don't know where they went!?!?! I need to find them again :(

!!! I took the psat last wednesday and had some time to draw afterwards. This is a character from the D&D ocs that I keep saying I'll talk about but never do :)))

Tbh I don't think I'll even wait for colorizations but I don't even have solid designs for all of them anyway!?!? And I hate designing characters without having a clear mental picture of them so!?!?!?! I am. Struggling.

But also maybe I should buck up and try drawing them anyway 🙄🙄✋ Bc I will literally never get it done this way lol. Hndhdjsja I'm gonna hate it but it might be for the better 💔💔💔💔

I also was cleaning up the sheer amount of paper I have just laying around and unearthed a bunch of SUPER OLD drawings I have of them. By super old I mean beginning of the year old. OLD ART.

So the plan is to kinda. Introduce them through redrawn drawings(and/or memes) to give the feel of the characters first, and then formally introduce them the chapter afterwards. It might be wordy as hell but I don't know how else to do it 💔💔💔

And then if ppl are interested I can divulge more into backstories and plot stuff. Because since the DM kept restarting the campaign there's not really a singular timeline they have!?!?! One of the main characters is dead in one of those timelines 🙄✋

I also will definitely want to introduce  major NPCs we met because 1) I love them and 2) it'd be literally impossible  to talk about anything without them. Since there's like 10 main characters I can talk about 10 major NPCs in the same chapter if I keep a 1:1 ratio of character to drawing.

It'll be fun!!! Hopefully. I need designs first lol. And what's frustrating about that besides me procrastinating on actually designing then is that the old DM is considering redesigning them herself!?!? She likes making ocs and since she's started up playing D&D again she wanted to redesign them.

Have I mentioned the DM is my sister???? Yeah.

But the thing is!! She said CONSIDERING. Meaning I have no idea whether she will or not!! And she does actually make better designs than I do so if she does end up redesigning them I want to see them to decide whether I want to use those!!! But I don't know if she WILL though so. Hgensusjwjejrj

I feel like my taste in fav tropes is very telling about what kind of person I am. In case you didn't notice, it's fluff. Most if not all my fav tropes are super fluffy and sweet and dare I say innocent 😭😭😭😭 i'm basic leave me alone 💔💔💔
