Anyways I got inspiration from a Tumblr post abt 'things everyone regardless of gender looks good in' and I was like. Hm.

Anyways more stuff about object ocs because my brain is full with thoughts about them!!! I have decided on the dungeon idea and the tenative name will be Survival of The Fittest

Despite the name, I don't think anyone will die I love them too much and also I am a coward. Plus character death really isn't integral to anything so. There's no point.

There are no recovery centers though.  So any injuries or whatever are sustained. Actually idk if any of them will have lasting bodily injuries. Something to keep in mind ig 👍

Also also!!! IF I end up actually making a whole story for them....I am going to try to make it as a comic. It just feels like that's the best way to do it???? It's an ambitious thought. But yeah if I get something cohesive I might try. Yeah 👍

Explorinf!!!! Also I realized a ship name between Yo-Yo/Yogurt would be Yo-Yogurt and that's funny. Not saying they will be shipped. They are just friends (and also children)👍

You know what would be a funny crackship. Black Belt and Helmet. Person who fights x Person who protects. They don't even like each other that much in canon though lmaooo

I didn't draw this guy last time but this is Towel!!! He's more of an under the radar guy. Very chilled out. Got a ghost in his head and being indifferent is simply how he copes :)

Object quirks!!! Glow Planet glows in the dark. Wizard Hat is an ACTUAL WIZARD. His powers are limited (reminder he's like 12) but yknow. Magic.

Anyways. Sticker Sheet's stickers change color with her emotions but are yellow by default. Towel absorbs water and if he cries, you can see the tear stains for a while afterward.

Fantasy Novel no 💔💔💔💔

I also decided on a flower; Blossom is a pink jasmine. Not as symbolic as I wanted it, but nothing really clicked for me so oh well. I'm already happy with her general design and pink jasmines are very close to what she already looks like.

Anyways uh. Blossom/Helmet lore!! So the original thing with them was that Helmet protected her from some bullies and Blossom just relied on him ever since. But it doesn't really explain why their relationship is to the degree that it is you know???

So I was thinking what if they survived a traumatic event together. And during that event Helmet acted as her protector, and long after that event their roles kinda carried over. Helmet feels he needs to protect her from harm while Blossom stayed dependent on him and has horrible anxiety if he isn't around. (Separation anxiety is mutual btw. Helmet also gets incredibly anxious if Blossom isn't with him)

But like!! 1) idk if that makes sense and 2) I wonder if that's too dark!?!? Towel's backstory is already kinda wack so I'm here thinking like. "Look at this comic about little objects surviving on an island together and exploring a mysterious dungeon!! By the way, this guy hallucinates his dead friend and these two have complex trauma as a result of being kidnapped!!" 

It's just such an emotional whiplash 💀💀💀 not sure how else to explain why Blossom/Helmet are the way they are though. I guess it could've just been chance that someone with a dependent nature met an overly-protective person. It does happen (I think).

But yeah 👍 backstory things.
