After superbowl conversations==>

So my family and I watched the Super Bowl and agreed that it was extremely boring. Hell I don't even watch a lot of football, and it was still extremely boring. The exciting part about the whole experience was that fact that one dude won 312.50 dollars with four squares, and he wasn't even there in the first place.

But after everyone left my uncles house it was just my aunt, my uncle, my mom, my brother and I. My brother went to the couch and played on my moms phone or watched tv. But the "older" people (aunt, uncle, mom, and I) sat at table and talked.

We honestly talked about a variety of topics but I'm going to talk about the ones that stick with me.

It really started off with my uncle Jorge and I talking about the art industry. He talked about how his son, my cousin, Dean had to learn a lot of business aspects to being a photographer, and how working in that kind of industry might cause people to try and take advantage of me considering how I am a young female. I expressed my opinion on the matter, being that I know people are going to try and take advantage of me, but I will try my hardest to not anyone do so. My basic policy is, if anyone that I am doing business for i.e. a random person online or a business, is rude to me and is trying to take advantage of me, I will not give them my time, energy, or effort.

Now during this conversation I mentioned how I didn't want to have to fall back on my family for money. This prompted my aunt and mom to join the conversation. All three of the adults in front of me were telling me that I can always fall back them and that they would support me. I brought up how I can't control the future and I don't know if they're going to hate me along the line. They said they would never hate me. I then said I can't help the abandonment issues that I have with my dad. This lead to talking about my relationship with my dad.

My mom felt that is would be a good idea to someday reconnect with my dad and own up to my feelings towards him. I'm honestly still angry at him for all the broken promises and lies. But my mom also wants to show him my vignette about not having dad, and since she had never heard it before, I read it to her. She actually cried so heLL YEAH. This then lead to me reading some more vignettes to my family until I got to the one about internet friends.

My mom asked me who my "friends" and I told her about Andy and Biri. I obviously didn't tell her very thing I know about them and what they know me. I told her we were vaguely detailed, meaning we kept personal things vague i.e. where in the state we lived, where we have been, etc. But when telling others about our day, we were detailed in a way. This made sure my mom wasn't going to cut all ties. So yeah, my mom knows that my favorite yeehawers exist and are apart of my life. Of course my mom said I should still be safe.

This lead to my aunt talking about how even before the internet, creeps still managed to kidnap people. Our conversation then drifted into serial killers like Ted Bundy and Jeffery Dahmer, and cases like the Black Dahlia. I also found out my aunt watched a lit buzzfeed unsolved with one of my cousins, so that's cool.

That's where our conversation ended but it was still a nice one to have.

Oh and I started working on a book. So far I have the basic summary down, the two main characters ( it's a love story), and a little bit of the setting.

Y'all can ask me about the book if ya want!

Also here is a doodle of the narrator

His full name is Edward, but his love interest calls him Eddie.
