I was experimenting with the new features of IbisPaint and this is what it turned out. It looked pretty good so here it is! I decided to name it Sunrise Festival because it has my OC's color scheme to it and it kinda reminds me of decorations in festivals. I hope you liked it! ORAYT!!! 😝😝😝
