This comic is a little hard to read sorry--- You read right to left; traditional manga style, bit you read the Expectation panel then Reality Panel.
BTW, The guy in the Expectation panels is yandere kun... Kinda ugly lol

Reality 1:
Fuchsia: Ahhh... I just remembered... I have to go to the convenience store to buy a few things.
BF: Ahhh, no problem! I'll wait for you, okay? Come back soon!

Expectation 2:
Y-kun: Satoshi...? A man...? ALL MEN ARE PIGS EXCEPT FOR ME YOU FUCKIN' IDIOT!

Reality 2: 
BF: HMM...? A MAN? YOU MET A MAN?
BF: CAN... WE BE...
BF: friends :)?
Fuchsia: He is terrible at this!!

Expectation 3:
Y-kun: Say ahh, baby... it's ramen~

Reality 3:
BF: I made some rameeen! (Say ahhh!)
Fuchsia: Ahhhh-----!
Fuchsia: AGHHH! WHAT THE HELL! YOU SHOVED IT IN!
BF: Heh!

Expectation 4:
Y-kun: You know why I killed them, right? Because I LOVE YOU!

Reality 4:
BF: I'm killing this chicken... because I love you!
