Yeah, he's Hawks' younger brother. Haven't really gotten around to writing the plot yet, but I drew the hair when I was bored and he was the only one it matched with, so... have a crappy concept art of Kaito?

His jacket does actually have sleeves, I just suck at drawing them. I also didn't really know how to do the shirt thing, which is like the one Keigo wears.
