Back to the MHA OCs. I made them a while ago but never made cheaters because I couldn't be bothered thinking up backstories so... Here is the eldest Kazan sibling, Hiroko!

When Kanna was quite young, her mother passed away shortly after giving birth to her younger sisters so they were left with their father, who was a model and had to move around a lot.

Kanna was the one who raised the twins as their father was often working late and couldn't care for them as much as he'd like to.

In her spare time, she got a job as a waitress to help out more and so was now balancing school, work and looking after her little sisters which put a lot of pressure on her.

In the end, she ended up at UA and by the time the twins get there, she's two years above them. She often helps some of her classmates studying if they're struggling and is loved by her teachers.

By night, she helps out the city as a Vigilante under the name of 'Black Swan'. She just wants to help others, more than anything and make her mother proud.

Quirk: Swan

Abilities:

- Hiroko has a pair of swan wings that she usually keeps folded behind her back
- She can summon orbs of water
- She can manipulate pre-existing water and water inside of the body (She hates doing it)
- She has heightened speed and endurance
- She can breathe water
- Colder temperatures don't affect her and she's always cold

Weaknesses:

- If she controls the water in a person's blood too much, her limbs begin to go numb
- If she uses too much water, she'll feel weak and lightheaded (Like being dehydrated)
- Her wings are fragile and not too hard to damage
