Synopsis: People get magic powers from golden fish, they are called espers. Evil espers are attacking Tokyo and Urushiba Rinka must help drive them off. She's helped by her dad, and Azuma Kyotaro.
Comments: They make explosions really good. Sounds okay. Story is eh, because we're dropped right into the action in episode 1. So if you don't like direct action, go to episode 2. It explains A LOT more. Also: NUDE WARNING, I REPEAT, NUDE WARNING! Like, people are criticizing it for naked girls. It doesn't matter, as long as you don't have your parents around. It's also stylized nude, so... Characters don't really get developed that much, aside from what's necessary to the plot. I guess that what happens when it's only 12 episodes long. Also, they swear. I mean come on! If you were 17 and had to go through death and fist fights every day, you would swear too.
Overall: VERY fast paced, and visually nice. Story is kinda good. BUT TO BE HONEST I LOOOOOOVE IT SO MUCH. So I'm giving it a 4.5/5. I know it's kinda generous but I LOVE IT.
