This is Valkein. Valkein is a Tiger demon and he can indeed turn into a tiger, and he has small lighting powers that aren't actually strong or could kill anyone, maybe knock someone out once in a while but eh, little thunder never hurt nobody. He's insecure about his tiger strips on his arms so he covers them up with bandages, and he has his ✨iconic✨ Claw mark headband, which makes him feel more confident in himself. Here's a one-shot how I would think Valkein would meet MK and the gang for the first time.

It's been a few days since MK saved the city once again, from DBK. Buttttt it turns out DBK was just trying to mind his business until someone pissed him off. Well- that happened, but good thing that was the perfect time to reunite the Traffic Light Trio!

"Fine, I guess I'll hang around. But don't get any ideas, I just need a vacation. Plus, Mother and Father will not tolerate me to hang around with a bunch of PEASANTS!"
Redson had said. Classic Red Boy.

"Honestly everything's been good so far, I hope it's not those demons messing with me again."
MK sighed slurping his blue raspberry slushee.

"Nah, but now you mention it MK, you might've jinxed us."
Mei shrugged as she looked through some dog memes on her phone.

"Well you're awfully quiet Redson."
MK glances at Redson behind them by 3 foot.

"Hm? Oh."
Redson mumbled. Redson seems to have something in his mind.

"Comn' Red boy if you have something to say spit it out!"
Mei huffed in irritation.

"HEY! I AM NOT AFRIAD OF SPEAKING MY MIND DRAGON HORSE GIRL!"
Redson huffed angrily as a puff of flame came out of his hair.

"What just sayin"
Mei shrugged.

*INSERT LOUD EXPLOSION FROM A DISTANCE*

"WHAT WAS THAT-!?"
Redson yelped, almost loosing his balance but luckily MK managed to catch him by the wrist. Which Redson bitterly pushes away after being back on balance.

"I don't know let's go check it out!"
Mei giggled.

"Time for some Hero time!"
MK chines in running towards the explosion.

"W-WAIT-! Anddd their off, honestly can't they think first before jumping into action?"
Redson scowled in annoyance.

"AND FOR THE LAST TIME I DON'T DO HERO WORK!"
MK heard Redson yell.

"Pish posh, that Red baby is all grump."
Mei rolls her eyes.

"Yeah, I thought he was actually having a fun time!"
MK huffed before being knocked down by something.

"MK-!"
Mei yelps and quickly took out her sword.

"AAAAHHHH-!"
in a panic MK took out his staff and pushed whatever knocked him down away from him.

"MK!"
Mei runs over to help MK up.

"Okayyyy what are we dealing with today?"
MK spins his staff and stands in a defensive stance.

There was a large tiger growling at them, but not just a normal tiger. This tiger had odd large fangs, and it seems more muscular and big, than a normal one, also the tiger's tail is abnormally long. AND HOW DID A TIGER EVEN GET INTO TH CITY!?

the tiger let out a mighty roar, before it charged towards MK and Mei. Mei quickly used her sword letting out a green beam at the tiger, but the tiger swiftly dodges it.

"MK, do something!"
Mei keeps the lasers going with each dodge.

"On it Mei!"
MK then extends his staff to hit the tiger, the tiger bites down on MK's staff allowing it to stop in its tracks.

"Wha-"
The tiger then flung MK aside with his staff.

"AAAAHHHHHHHH-!"
MK screamed.

Redson was watching not so far away with an irritated look.

"I am NOT a hero for doing this. It's merely an alliance."
He scoffs to himself as he let out some puffs of fire from his fists.

(FLAMING FIST OF DIGNITY!)

the tiger stagger back allowing MK and Mei knock its legs down with their weapons, the Tiger roars once more until a sudden large smoke appeared in the air, Mei, MK, and Redson coughs as the smoke appeared. The tiger was gone. There lies a boy with messy hair and a tiger tail.

Mei gasped.
"We've got a Tiger boy now!?"
Mei was a lot less concerned about the weak Tiger boy. The tiger boy let out a hiss as he opened his mouth to speak with a hoarse throat.

"W-water....liquidation...!"
He rasped.

"Oh yep got it!"
MK gave the rest of his Blue raspberry slushee not having any other beverage.

The tiger boy sat up with a hiss as he snatches the slushee and drinks it up.

"That symbol...it's so familiaAAAH-"
Redson yelped a he tried to reach for the bandanna from the tiger boy, which the tiger boy hissed and chomped his hands in response.

"GET- OF- ME- YOU- PEASANT!-"
Redson shook his hand around while the tiger boy kept his jaws shut on his hands.

"Hehe, dejavu."
Mei chuckles, of course she had done this before in the celestial realm, where she bit Redson's head and quote said;
"I'm not letting you out of my sight!" (I think)

"Oh comn! Isn't the Slushee enough!?"
MK helped Redson get his hand unstuck, which was successful as they proceeded to make MK fall on his back with his arms wrapped around Redson from trying to help him get unstuck, which resulted in flinging Redson behind MK, face flat.

"MINE!"
Tiger boy growled.

"WHY- YOU PEASANT!"
Redson stood up storming over to the tiger boy.

"WAIT RED- STOP IT-"
MK slides in front of Redson quickly. Redson pauses with a bitter glare.

"Move aside, noodle boy."
He scowls.

"Let's just take tiger boy back to Pigsy's I'm sure he's also hungry."
MK suggested, which the tiger boy's head perked up.

"There's food at this Pigsy's?"
Tiger boy asks finishing the slushee.

"Yeah- wanna come with?"
Mei smiles.

"Anything for food! I haven't eaten in days!"
Tiger boy quickly stands up with a sparkle in his eyes.

"Well he seems motivated."
Redson crosses his arms firmly still salty about the hand biting.

"Oh cheer up Red boy, I think he's great. I bet he was just hangry he even said he hasn't eaten in days."
Mei nudges Redson roughly.

"Alright march forward gang!"
MK smiles as he starts to walk back to Pigsy's noodles.

"Hey by the way tiger boy what's your name?"
Mei asked.

"You can call me Valkein, or you may use my nicknames such as Val, Valk, or the one you used Tiger boy is fine too."
Valkein introduced himself.

"I'd rather call you Peasant, Noodle brain, but I will refrain from using those I suppose."
Redson muttered to himself.

"Well, I'm MK, this is Mei, and this is Red boy!"
MK pointed at Mei and Redson playfully.

"REDSON!"
Redson corrected MK.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, also thanks for the drink."
Valkein gave MK a thumbs up.

"No problem friend!"
MK smiles brightly, which Mei joins in but Redson rolls his eyes.

Valkein stayed silent after a while before he smiled.

"Friend. What an interesting thing."
Valkein thought, he felt some comfort form MK for telling him he was a friend.
