Her quirk (super power) is calming flame

Idk if this is a thing or if anyone else made it before me, if so IM SORRY, I didn't know.

     How it works is that the smoke is a poison that makes you calm. So that's why she where's a gas mask because it effects her.
     So if the fire is on you your state of mind makes you so calm to the point you don't feel the fire burning you. So you she can easily burn you to death
The flame comes from her hands but She can control the flame even if it's not on her hands. So if she wants to keep the fires small she keeps the fire small. If she wants the fire to stop the fire stops.

What she does

She torcheres people QwQ. Villains or hero's for the main part. She is a partner with her "boss" Shi Yurei. Of Shi wants to kill a rival gang leader, she asks Hisan to torcher them (for a price of course)
