Hi, so the news is, sorry I haven't updated this specific book in a while, but I've been looking through manga (interpreting art styles and looking at tips and stuff online). 

Truth is, I haven't found much and I think that's because most of your journey through practicing art and growing/developing is done on your own, you have to find your own art style by basing your art on the real world. That's how the manga style was created in the first place, someone had a new vision for the world and now we have a popular art style everyone wants to master!

Something that I will recommend, however, is tracing & using a reference! It's how I've gotten so far and although my digital art is still falling short of my paper & pencil, I'm looking forward to trying out new drawing software and materials if I ever get the money to buy anything new, but so far I'm happy with what I've got.

So I've got a few drawings for you this time, just some line art and then a rough sketch over it, they have different hairstyles and basic clothing, I'm not sure which one I liked the most in my personal preference, but they all took just about the same amount of time and I used the circle tool + the line tool to make the base for my face for all the people who struggle with face shapes!

I completely get it, and I still struggle with eyes so I didn't do any this time heh.

(Hah yeah, fun feature--there's a tear rolling down her cheek)

(This one has the same feature, & I based the uniform design off of I want to eat your Pancreas weird name, yes, but it's so good)

Last one, not my best, but eh, it's sort of tomboy wear, something I drew over in a few minutes.
