Quirk:
sound waves: The ability to manipulate sound waves as they please.

Moves they can perform

         Mute: The user can mute someone talking.
                  How:  The user controls the sounds of the voice to only go around the head of the person, so no one else can here them

        Mimic: the user uses their voice to mimic others voices and noises created by animal.
                How: the user changes the frequency of their voice to be able to mimic the sounds

Focus: the user can focus on one sound and mute everything else around them
How: the user can lower the sound frequency around them (only they could hear it) and higher the sound they want to hear
Blast: the user can create explosion like sound waves
How: the user creates a noise (from anything, clapping, a thrown rock, etc) and heightens the sound vibration so high that it can hurt the others persons ears

Drawbacks:
. The user can easily ruin their voice box if not careful enough
. The user can become deaf if they don't lower the frequency in their ear before they do a blast
. Other than blast the user has no self defense
