Originally Adilea (the person behind Cheeze/Zoey) was supposed to be a spirit from a lamp whom when turned on (TURNING ON THE LAMP) she immediately connects with you after some 'persuasion'
basically before the first actual reset, Zoey was in a HORRIBLE state as every town and city around her was on lockdown and because of that she was very solitary
when Adilea came into the picture it was sorta like Adilea was Zoey's last hope (basically like Jack from SWWSDJ but mixed with Beetlejuice and horror game stuff)
Adilea at that time really liked Zoey since yk
Zoey freed her n shit
Zoey's narrator was fucking pissed as hell

And now, present day- Adilea and Zoey are happily married :3
Yes, they are college students, but they are about to graduate in my mind
basically Zoey is like

And then Adilea is probably around that age gap too- probably 22-27
