She got trapped in te studio when she went over to her Uncle's house (Joey Drew, if you remember Chapter 5. Ending- it shows the flash back of Henry- he opened Joey's back door and it went into the studio- sorry if this spoils it for any of y'all)

Sofie got trapped in the studio, but she is also protected heavily by Bendy himself. She's quite happy with Bendy *shrug*
