This is Axie! Small backstory: his name is Axie due to the fact that his hair seems in the shape of an axolotl's head fins. The gaping hole in his mouth, was when he was picking on, and teasing the hell out of Kacklie, he got too close to his cell. Kacklie grabbed him by the collar, and bit off a chunk of Axie's face.

Needless to say, Axie learnt his Lesson that day..
