OKOKOKOKOKOKOKOKOK OK

so i should probably post this in my ideas book but im so damned ashamed of that book and plus i would have to do actual weighting BUT ok here me out 

ok so like as the premise for a sans (of any kind preferably classic boi) X reader

the reader lives in a pretty spacious apartment or house but is pretty lonely so they set up an ad in the newspaper or online  for roommates not for money or anything just for the company. But no one really wants too even tho they're basically inviting people in for next to free in terms of cost. the reason no one wants the offer is because everyone in the town or whatevs knows that house/apartment buildings are hella haunted. due to something horrible happing or maybe its just superstition for one reason or another everyone's like yah nope that's haunted. sometimes rebellious teenagers and out of towners visit the reader from time to time and ask questions but they never stay. and the reader is to "sick" to leave.

so surprise surprise the skella bros r like mmmm lets see if this person will let us move in bc we really need a house. and sans is like "uh im not to sure about this sounds sketchy" but when he sees reader he's like well this person is way to sickly to do any damage and there really nice so they move in and the reader tells them that there are nooo ghosts whatsoever, and not to touch them under any circumstances.  so a bunch of fluff and comedy yadda yaddaBUT the reader is actually a ghost but like kinda. like she was sick and dying and for whatever reason, only half died. so there body is super physically weak (which means skeletons freaking out over injuries yay my favorite) lacking that good old human warmth and is bound to the house (maybe they died in it??? idk) it still has working organs and blood tho. AND whenever their physical body gets weak or whenever they sleep i guess there spirit comes out I guess, basically, Danny phantom ghost mode only the now technically completely lifeless body is on the ground. so the reader could die the rest of the way if their body got destroyed but they would be a ghost forever complete with all them ghosty powers. anyways back 2 the plot, the reader has to hide being a ghost from the bros bc they know dang well that they are wary of humans and they have already gon this far so if they reveal themselves now it would all fall apart. so basically hijinks and ghostly pranks insue and them maybe angst and relationship development and adaption to life an all that fun stuff so
