SG: hello everyone! As you may already know I'm Sapphiregrace1224 or also known as SG. Today is my first day of summer so now that school is out and my internet is working again I'll be on much frequently.

But, as of now until I get over my writer's block. I'm starting a Ten Days of Summer Magic!

SG: where did you come from?!

PlusleMania: jk, I was in the rift and then I heard you were doing this thing where you were discussing your characters origins. So I was like "Hey! We should co-op!"

SG: fine, since you know half of them

PlusleMania: yay! *happy Plusle dance*

SG: o.o' anyway...

PlusleMania: bust out your kimonos! Slide over that picture on the top and enjoy some calming traditional Japanese music from Sirena's homeland :D

Sirena:

SG: As some people I know would guess. Sirena can be based off of Sailor Moon and the mythical Siren.

PlusleMania: That's only 3% true about the Sailor Moon part. The Siren? No

SG: Sirena is in fact more realistic than you think. She is based off two of the Japanese Goddesses...

PlusleMania: Konohana Sakuya Hime, the goddess of Cherry Blossoms and Ama-No-Uzume, the goddess of fertility

SG: don't forget the shapeshifting ability of the Kitsune.

PlusleMania: right! Now about the two goddesses. SG, you're the Mythological Teacher. Give them a history a lesson.

SG: roger that, Red Queen! It's time for ... Mythology Know How Know All

PlusleMania: wow. :T

(Mythology Know How Know All)

SG: Konohana Sakuya Hime is the Japanese goddess of flowers and cherry blossoms. Her name means 'blooming flower princess.' She is the daughter of the mountain god, Ohoyana, and Her primary purpose is to ensure that the cherry trees bloom full and lush in spring.

PlusleMania: this somewhat ties into Sirena for where she had Pandora's "funeral" at and buried her belongings with a cherry seed, which grew into a cherry blossom tree.

SG: which happens to be her favorite trees and flowers. It also explains how Dark Pit is so happy when he's around her, she gives off a tranquil vibe

PlusleMania: back to the lesson

SG: According to legend, Konohana met the god, Ninigi,at the seashore, and the two fell madly in love. Ninigi asked Ohoyana for his daughter's hand in marriage,and he was given a choice between Konohana or Her sister, Ihanaga, the goddess of stone, which endures for ages. Ninigi chose Konohana, but when Konohana became pregnant in a single night, Her husband suspected that the child was actually the offspring of an earthly kami. Enraged at his accusation, Konohana entered a doorless hut and set fire to it with the vow that the child should not be injured if it were truly the offspring of Ninigi. Inside the hut, She gave birth three healthy children thus proving her innocence and her children's divine lineage.

PlusleMania: even though Dark Pit and Sirena met in a forest the similarity is still there.

SG: Dark Pit DID fall somewhat madly in love with her. in fact his exact words were: "I don't know how but...for some reason I can't help being near her. Not just because, she's absolutely gorgeous! Don't get me wrong she is but, there's something different about her. She can like see through anyone, like see who they really are. She's always happy and there for anyone. Like a flower that's in full bloom everyday. No matter how hard I try not to fall for her, I can't hate her. She's definitely one hell of a girl."

PlusleMania: he's got it bad :/

SG: I know right? Totes Kawaii!!

PlusleMania: the other similarity is that Dark Pit did have to choose over another girl. It was either Sirena or Lauren, a Vampire that has been an Enemy of Sirena's since childhood.

SG: Lauren is based off of the sister of Konohana, Ihanaga: the goddess of stone.

PlusleMania: Lauren, is somewhat cruel and almost heartless with a bitchy attitude to match. She only delights in seeing Sirena suffer at any means!

SG: since the two are complete opposites it only makes this story much more realistic. Plusle, if you would.

PlusleMania: the part where Ninigi believed Konohana was pregnant with someone else's child is similar to the plot

SG: Lauren, had planned to blackmail Sirena by reporting her for Witchcraft to humans that lived in their village.

PlusleMania: little did she know Dark Pit, overheard and quickly tried to stop her.

SG: that was she pulled the switch on him. She knew Dark Pit would follow her and try to stop her. So, using some of her Vampire abilities she knocked Dark Pit out and trapped him inside a maze like cave that was inside a mountain.

PlusleMania: after that, Lauren had ambushed Sirena in hopes of killing her. Sirena, kept calm saying that Dark Pit wouldn't let her get away with her plan.

SG: Lauren, then proclaimed that Dark Pit had left Sirena saying he didn't want to spend his time around a inhuman freak.

PlusleMania: even though she didn't want to believe it. Sirena fled into the forest away from Lauren only to run into a trap.

SG: human Witch hunters captured her due to Sirena not willing to hurt them and she was sent on trial. She was found guilty since Sirena stayed silent and was sent on execution her punishment being: burned at the stake.

PlusleMania: even though Sirena didn't harm anyone she proceeded to accept her fate.

SG: onto the next goddess. Ama-No-Uzume the Japanese Fertility goddess, witty goddess of persuasion. A companion of Ninigi, she performed a bawdy dance hoping to entice the sun out of hiding. This dance symbolizes the planting of seed which waits for the sun come after winter.

PlusleMania: Sirena's demonic side is based off of this goddess.

SG: when Sirena's eyes become demonic she somewhat becomes another person.

PlusleMania: she's flirty, witty, dangerous, badass, and literally drop dead gorgeous

SG: Sirena is also skilled with music and dancing. Her dances are fluid, graceful, and alluring

PlusleMania: it particularly drives Dark Pit insane. Whenever she dances the spotlight is always on her.

SG: you can practically see Dark Pit drooling over her like my dog over porterhouse steak xD

PlusleMania: LOL! Anyway, Sirena is flawless in many dances. The most common ones she often does is belly dancing, Tango, Ballet, Fan Dancing, and Geisha dancing to be in tune with her native roots.

SG: she's also good at her special elemental rhythmic dancing.

PlusleMania: it's like rhythmic dancing except without ribbons she replaces it with water, wind, ice, fire, and light

SG: now you know about Sirena's demonic sides. Now what about her Witch heritage?

PlusleMania: easy. That is based off the Fates the Greek Witches who can see the past, present, and future with one eye

SG: the other two would be Miwa and Nevaeh since there's three of them that best friends

PlusleMania: Sirena's sister Lianna and her mother Kazumi are based off of Apollo, Artemis and yin and yang

SG: Kazumi being based off Apollo and Artemis's mother and Wuju being the center of light and darkness

PlusleMania: Lianna and Sirena are also based off of the royal pony sisters from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic

SG: Lianna being based off of Princess Celestia who is the princess of the sun and the oldest. She also represents Yang which is light(not Yin)

PlusleMania: as some of you would've guessed Sirena or Neona is based off of Princess Luna the Princess of the Moon and the youngest. Likewise to Yang she's the opposite being Yin which represents Darkness.

SG: this ties in to why Sirena is connected to the moon. 1: she's a demon and a quarter vampire so that doesn't mix well. 2: she's basically the goodness of darkness being the light of the dark.

PlusleMania: tying the knot to MLP: Luna was banished by Celestia. In a battle of Light and Darkness, Darkness is always banished.

SG: however...

PlusleMania: what woman? >:T

SG: Sirena, wasn't banished she was sent away for her own good like Celestia did to Luna.

PlusleMania: then-

SG: Sirena, however at onetime during her life she banished her father the same way Celestia did (except without the elements)

PlusleMania: wait a minute...

SG: in Japanese mythology Amaterasu banished her brother Susanoo. In the bible God Banished Lucifer. In Greek mythology Zeus banished the Titans and took over Olympus.

PlusleMania: I get it! In Series 2: Sirena's father returned with his army and Sirena along with MB, Mia, and Leaf banish her dad-

SG: SPOILERS!!!

PlusleMania: oops...

SG: but, yes they all tie in with Sirena 😅

PlusleMania: so Sirena, is in a way as real as us

SG: I agree. I don't want to pick favorites but, Sirena was one of my favorite characters when I was developing her. She's a sweet girl with a lot of history to her.
