The tapping of a pen is a common thing in a classroom. Though it gets on everybody's nerves, we've all have done it before whether we would like to admit it or not. For me, if I'm ever tapping my pen, I'm feeling an emotion.It could be that I'm nervous, mad , anxious or curious, I do it all the time. At this moment ,I was tapping my pen against an old classroom desk, starring foward at a new face."The new kid". He had a slender body, jet black hair, and the darkest bags under his eyes I've ever seen. Obviously not caring about his appearance , he could be seen wearing a old torn up black jacket and a older pair of sun beaten grey baggy jeans, which I really found strange beacuse his skin told the story of someone that has never seen the light of day.

My Deep thoughts were interrupted by the husky voice of Mrs.Mosford. She's the kind of woman who has a calming voice of warmth and comfort, but the words of someone who could start and run World War 3.
"Students, this i-is Gu-..?" Everyone in the class stared on as the teacher had trouble pronouncing the name. I sigh quietly while a couple of students start the dominos of snickering. Sheep. Poor "Gu" is starring at the ground like he's about to just walk out of the class room, when he softly mumbles "Gustav.." The class goes silent and the teacher gives a fake smile and clears her throat, "Y-yes Gustav, Thank you..." She looks  up back to the class and continues her speech, "...Gustav is from Germany, please welcome him like any other student and be understanding if he needs help with anything a-."

I've stopped tapping my pencil by then and block out the teacher when I realize that the only empty desk is next to my own.
