This is the form after Helga last Bat form. She used to turn to this form by the trigger words, Otto Welshman but currently she learned to turn on her own although it takes a good toll on her body when she does turn into this, which is rare. In this form her powers are a lot stronger and she is bigger and faster as well but she also in agony and fear. She always screeching and acts like if Hulk was treated like a caged, abused animal. The only thing that calms her down are children for her motherly nature takes over a bit. She has no human consciousness in this form and acts purely like an animal
