So I've made evil forms for Aiden and Iv, but I've never done them for Sage and Noah since, well, they don't actually belong to me ._.🤣🤣

BUT-
Sage (irl Sage-) wanted me to make them evil forms, and since they're Ciphers, I got to mess around with their designs a bunch UwU

And these are the results:

I FREAKING LOVE THEM-

I wanted to put as much 'Bill Cipher'ness as I could, so I had to add yellow and black, but I also needed their own colors.

I made Sage turn into a blonde, while Noah's hair darkened to black for the 'twin' effect, so they're both Billy Boi colors.

I also gave their clothes a ripped effect, but I still wanted them to look elegant yet badass.
