I'll name her Juniper.

I loveee the little frosty bits on her whiskers and fur tips.

I based Juniper off my old rabbit sketch (which I love as well) converted it into digital and painted it digitally.
I made Juniper's pupils larger and her eyes less wide to make her look innocent and sweet instead of spooked/alert like my original sketch.
