She was born extremely sick and underweight. She had the ambilicord wrapped around her stubs and her arms didn't grow. When reborn she has basically featherless arm muscles. She also had exposed brain and Ozzie had to put a metal covering over it so that she didn't get any sickness or attacks in there.
