Okay so you know how the kids used to have homes right? Well after they were reborn Willy had Tex pay people to renovate the home cause they realized that the restaurant wasn't a suitable place to raise kids in so each respective parents took the kids to the old house. They would raise the kids in the house until they were old enough to at least be left alone for some time. Tex would then make a help wanted paper about the houses like if it needed construction or renovation or if it needed a maid to clean it. These are how the kids get there victims. Each kids hunt in different style

Wanda would be still and play a game of cat and mouse with her victims 

Fernando and Belleza would swim in the water and wait until a victim get distracted and brutally kill them

Adam would sneak around and choke or snap the neck of his victims with his tongue 

Jolie would wait in the water of the pool and if they decided to come in the pool she would drag them underwater to either maul or drown them

Gaia would come out of nowhere and play hide and seek and when she finds them she gives them the hug of death

Sam is silent and would stab from behind or in a duel

Fern would crawl on the walls and swing around playing with her victims before eating them

Octavia would set traps around the house and chase a victims in them. 

It weary to be careful whenever entering Octavia residents because there are traps everywhere. They are all small and near invisible. She built them as to injure her prey but not kill it.

They don't kill kids, babies or pets instead opting to hide them in the closets or give them to Gaia as her place is the safest for them. They also will even heal a kid if it injured and give them treats and send it off with Tex when he comes back in the morning with a little money. Look they aren't hateful monsters. They just want to eat.
