Well I wouldn't exactly say I'm back from hiatus, but I drew this drawing of a future book character named Sproutkit over the weekend, and here he is!

He's Fennelshade's brother! He didn't die as a kit, I just wanted to draw him in his kit form because I wanted to practice drawing kittens. I surprisingly haven't deproved THAT much, and he's actually kind of cute!

Before you come at me, YES I know that tortoiseshell toms are insanely rare. Trust me, if I didn't know that, I would have never made an entire book on cat genetics. He's still genetically possible regarding his parents' genetics, but he's just statistically improbable.
