Mei Midoriya Is the younger cousin of Yamāshita and Izuku midoriya and the niece Of Inko.  

Her father was Inko brother who didn't want the baby. He left his wife to live in Germany and the wife didn't want to raise the baby so she left it with Inko who instantly took her in. She is now living with the Midoriya's.

Quirk: Telekinesis Plants

Explanation: This quirk allows her to have a stronger version of Inko quirk where she holds her hand out and the object will come to her. She alose can grow plants and extremely strong Plants. She can grow them from her body and can even make herself float some.

Drawbacks: If She uses her telekinesis too much She Can get a serious mingren, her nose can bleed badly if she uses too much, when she holds her hand out she can also accidentally have another thing come to her so it be dangerous if a knife around. She needs a lot of water and sunlight for her plants to be strong, she also needs a lot of energy and will power.
