This guy is an adopt I go from someone on another app, I tweaked his design a bit, he works for the Storm Nation and is either thought to be another solider brought back to life by The Dark Storm or a normal drake that The Dark Storm somehow modified/mutated. Unlike the other revieved soldiers he has no previous memories before working for the Storm Nation. (Not sure what he does yet, but he works off of the battlefield)
