Here is a rough concept of a new character, he is an adopt I decided to keep

I don't know what his name is, but he has a special ability (not sure what yet) but he gets a really bad rap for it and also the fact that he works for the Storm Nation, but despite that and looking kind of intimidating, he's actually a pretty good guy
