As the title clearly states, I have NO CLUE who this is. Yknow how sometimes you just have no idea what to draw, so you end up drawing a completely random person/character? Yeah, that's what just happened. But I think I ended up combining a bunch of different ideas and then stuffing them into one character. First, I had watched a bit of the first episode of Carmen Sandiego with my BFF's little sisters a week or two ago, which I think is why she looks like a spy. Second, I wanted to draw my OC, Delancey, but I didn't have my iPad with me and I didn't have a drawing of her in this sketchbook, so I didn't know exactly how to draw her hair. So I couldn't draw her. Third, I think her skin and hair were inspired by Lance from Voltron? And, lastly, the plant behind her was inspired from a plant my sister-in-law had in her house (which is where I drew this at) Also, sorry about the grainy look of the suit. I'm pretty sure my gray marker is corrupted...
