So this is a "collab" type thing with BoboBingus ! She approached me about it because she thought it would be an interesting challenge for me since it's so different from my usual style, but I totally cut her off and went "--KING'S QUEST! I LOVE THAT GAME! I WOULD LOVE TO DRAW GRAHAM!" So this is that. For those of you who know the game, you'll recognize that this is the Graham from Chapter 3, Once Upon A Climb. Now...this drawing was rushed due to an unexpected time shortage, which is why I'm not as satisfied with it as I'd like. You don't realize it until you try to recreate it, but man...you weren't kidding when you said "challenge", Bobo. And it wasn't drawing that was the problem (though, I did struggle a bit), it was shading! Now, I'd like to think that I'm pretty good at shading things, but daaaaang was this hard. King's Quest shades it's characters with a combination of skin tones, and GRAYS. Which is one heck of a lot harder and unnatural than you might think!! Also, what the Quiznack did I do to his other eye??!
