Not what you expected, huh? Honestly, me either. I was rewatching "Mary and the Witch's Flower" on Netflix cuz it's surprisingly pretty good, (Go watch it) and the animation was so smooth, and colorful, and bright that I felt like drawing a witch with a bunch of bright colors. And I also watched a story time animator Inktober sketchbook video where she drew 31 youtubers in Halloween costumes, so inspiration was just kinda slapping in the face that day. I made it my mission to create a young witch character without using ANY BLACK expect for line art. I also reeeeeally didn't want to give her a natural hair color. In summary, I made her as girly of a witch as possible. The pink, the purple, the yellow, the bow on her hat, the crystals, her expression, I went ham with it! I mean, hey, if I'm gonna make a girly character, then what's the point in holding back? I'm pretty happy with her. In fact, I was happy enough with her to where I drew her a second time. But a little different. You'll see that one soon.
