They are standing at the waters edge on a beach.

Kasey: *squinting in the sun* The day people see me in a bikini is the day I lost my soul.

Krystal: *rolls her eyes* And you said I was overdramatic.

Kasey: *refers to a previous moment* It was a lizard. That Seaweed brought you. Accept the gifts, don't drown in the waters, and eat plenty of chocolate. *whispering* Too bright...

Yeah, so basically they went to the beach, and Kasey is in a waterproof T-shirt and shorts. She tried to refer to a moment about lizards as a gift that Seaweed brought. The "don't drown in water" is her very odd way of saying "just accept it".

The plenty of chocolates thing is just that. Eat plenty of chocolates.
