Heather was a total bitch when she was younger. After her sister, Holly was born, she became jealous that her parents are paying more attention to her, so she sets out her goal to make Holly's life miserable.

Heather attended West Riverside High (the same high school that Luna, Michael, Genny and Daniel attended), where she was the most popular girl in school. The queen bee, mean girl, cheer captain, you name it. Everyone feared her as she treats them like crap. At one point, she met Terrence, but she dismissed him as a loser.

On her 16th birthday party, Heather was humiliated by those people whom she bullied. This incident caused her reputation being destroyed, and the whole school, including her own friends to turn on her.

Feeling bad for Heather, Terrence decided to help her, guiding her way to redeem herself and earn back the students' respects. She apologized to those she had bullied and to her family, and promised that she will become a better person.
