*people who consider drawing on a base is fake art* YOU DRAWED ON A BASE!!! *grabs pitchforks*

Wow, hey now, put the pitchforks down and let me explain something you jerk, jeez people!

Okay, so there's been this argument about how basers are not real artist and to that I say you're wrong. What I consider basers as are people who are trying to either learn a style or try to improve, as long as they give credit to the person who made the base, it's okay. To does who don't know what a base is, a base is where someone draws like the body so other people can add on to. People consider base weird, you can look it up and see why cause I ain't explaining it. (I tried but ended up failing)

There's been a stereotype where if it's drawn on a base it looks bad, this is mostly because if you have seen any equestria girl OC on a base you'll see why.

And me being the curious roll I am, I decided to try it on my own. To be fair I had it unfair advantage,

1. Being I know about how clothing and hairstyling work so I know where to put it

2.I've been drawing for a long time so I'm not at square one.

And 3. I consider myself a decent drawer so expect me to know what should go where and what colors I use.

Now I made a few drawings on bases and it was pretty fun, it was hard at first but I got the han of it.

Cute AU, love the fan art from this, I mostly love how mushie draws Connor and Evan like their polar opposites.

One probable is that Alana, Jared, and Zoe are not used a lot, seriously, there are just a few fan art of these guys.

The first base was done by mugges, great work if you're seeing this, you did a outstanding job! Thumbs up for you since I really like this base.

This base was made by someone name scating or scartng, can't read the handwriting cause it's blurry but anyways, great work on the base, it's really funny and a great style choice.

Now you're asking, are you continuing using bases and to that I say, not really, because one I will be consider a thief and a fake artist by people which is the last thing I need and two, I don't want to use something already done because it ruins the experience for me in drawing.

Reason why there is a part two is because I've done two other base drawings but after that I'm done with bases and I'm continuing drawing in my own way.

For me, respect to the ones using bases because if you're art in the future is like amazing, you can thank bases because they are what started this.
