This is Tenshi Todoroki she is the Tododeku child she is about 7 to 9. Her quirk is basically just an enhanced version of Shouto's ice quirk so with that she's able to withstand much colder tempuratures but still she can still get frost bite if overused too much. She's a daddy's girl.
