I know Splash is taller then Jubel it's just that I was riding in a car when I drew this so once I realized the sizes were incorrect I went, "Screw it, Jubel's taller in this picture I'm too tired to change it." But yeah I'm sorry for that NightChaosCat but here you go anyways.
