Miss Kitty's Headbands is back. This time we got a request from a person my mom works with. They asked for a few Christmas headbands. Here's one.

Made from a pre-purchased headband from a pack, two tinsel pipe cleaners, two colors of felt, and a tinsel Pom Pom.
