Project Charlie is a sci-fi/action featuring genetically engineered humans (GEMs, genetically engineered men) succesfully created by a group of researchers in a huge lab. Three of such men are viable, named after NATO alphabet: Alpha, Bravo and Charlie (ordered from oldest (first successful made) to youngest).

These humans are raised by the scientists, raised to be protectors of their country, by subduing and catching dangerous criminals not possible by the police, by using a myriad of guns (both non-lethal and lethal). They are authorized by the government to eliminate these criminals if they pose a deadly threat.

Since they are genetically engineered, these men possess enhanced intelligence, traits and skills higher than an average human, also with abnormal hair and eye colors. Unfortunately due to gene alterations, these humans have their fair share of genetic defects, in which they will be revealed in the story. They are sterile and unable to reproduce.

As the title suggests, Charlie will be the central protagonist of this book:

Yes, he has indigo eyes.

Out of the trio, Charlie might be the youngest but he is the deadliest. More will be explained later!

The trio:

Alpha is the blue-haired guy, and Bravo is the green-haired guy.
