Inrtoducing Tamara, one of my Cuphead OCs! Tamara is based off of a Japanese Tea that is called Tamaryokucha Tea.

Her personality is based off of the tea that I had created her from, so I'd like to see if you guys can figure that out! (There'sa few people that already know, so haha. XP)
