I am making a new species of human (they aren't really human, I just don't know any other way to describe them). It is called Gem Elementals. What happens is that certain Gem Elementals have certain gemstones used to activate their powers.
Topaz: Fire
Iarimar::*Ice
Zultanite: Earth
Sapphire: **Water
Diamond: Air
Orthoclase: Electricity
Zebra Jasper: Time
That is the key to the different Gem Elementals gemstones and powers. The first of any Gem Elemental element has a symbol on their left arm. They also wear a crown when they go full element mode.
*Gem Elementals with powers to control ice cannot control water unless they have a Iarimar gemstone and a Sapphire gemstone*
