So I am participating in seawingsrule 's egg raffle. So here goes.

The egg awaits in a soggy blanket of leaves. It hides in the ice of the plainest of colored tribes. It is a pale blue, the color of a liquid that the Wings of Sand need most. On the night of the three moons, the light of the moons will consume the hidden whereabouts of the egg. Not a minute later, it will crack.

The cold wind attempts to freeze young Sunseen but she fights it with all of her might. A large soggy log lay in front of Sunseen just asking to be turned into a fire. She turns around and feels a shiver move down her spine as she turns on her fire-scales for her talons. Sunseen swings around towards the log and gently lifts it off the ground, setting it on fire. She tightens her grip and the log shatters into a million pieces. She feels the hot rain of tiny little splinters settling on her frozen scales. Some of the splinters gently drift away from Sunseen and over to a pile of soggy leaves. She looks a little closer and sees a hint of pale blue.
"It's an egg. All alone out here. With only the three moons to comfort it," Sunseen gasps.
The moons shine brighter onto the egg and Sunseen gets rid of her fire--scales. She picks up the little egg out of the frozen jumble of soggy leaves and holds it like a baby. She slowly and gently turns on her fire-scales, just enough for the egg to unfreeze. The moons shine brighter than Sunseen has ever seen and the little egg starts to shake. She hears a soft little tapping sound, then another this time much harder. A tiny little talon jabs out of the egg and the shell bursts open.
"Oh man are you cute. But what am I going to do about your Mommy and Daddy? Maybe I should leave you here just in case," Sunseen's voice drifts off as she stares down at the little dragonet.
"Mommy," it exclaims and hugs it's little body closer to Sunseen to collect the warmth that was stolen.

Well I hope that was good enough and by the way, I just randomly put that picture there because it is Sunseen's eyes when she has fire-scales.
