His name is Prick tail,  he has a collar but his owner died, he didn't really have a connection with anyone because he's emotionally hatled (AKA, he can't create stable relationships.)I mean, I'd probably be the same if I were to be called 'Fluffy'.

He wasn't originally meant to have wings, nor a collar, but I just love drawing them :3!
