One of my biggest dreams have finally came true...

I WENT TO WATCH AT A REAL THEATRE!

ASDFGHJKLLLLL BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

Heck, If I could I would live in that place. (Theres a mini library as well! And there are restaurants nearby!)

We watched Noli Me Tangere The Opera.

Noli Me Tangere is latin phrase which means "Touch Me Not". It is a novel written by Dr. Jose Rizal (our national hero). It's originally written in Spanish... but of course the Opera is in Tagalog (as well as the book we read these days). It's a story about the times Philippines were colonized by Spaniards... and some stuff about the unfair rules and regulations the Catholic Church (,which was ruled by Spanish priests,) has back then. (Because Spanish priests back then were... questionable, to say the least) it was written in the 1880's.

Noli me Tangere is taught in school AND I ENJOY LESSONS ABOUT IT.

And Yes, it's an Opera... I actually expect it to be a little boring but I enjoyed every bit of it.

It's an educational trip, so I was with the whole grade level.

BUT EVERYONE ELSE WAS LIKE "EH...". Everyone was... bored. I can see some of my fellow students just texting people on their phones or falling asleep!

NO ONE APPRECIATES THEATRE THESE DAYS. EVEN DESPITE GOING THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE OF MAKING OUR OWN PLAYS THEY DONT APPRECIATE EFFORTS OF OTHERS.

I'm really disappointed because of that. Noli Me Tangere has a beautiful story and a beautiful play! The actors made acting look so effortless and natural. Even the backstage staff were very calm, I can see some of their silhouettes back stage and they were just calming walking while handling the props!

I guess people just had a hard time understanding what the actors are saying because it's all... singing... cause you know Opera. (But there were subtitles! )

But still! RESPECC PLZ!

After seeing that play, I think my respect for theatre people increased. And maybe one day.... I hope to be a part of it.

Bonus: This week is... just pure stress.

Our school year is almost over so our teachers are giving us our final tasks and we have to do some requirements so we can take the final test.

And honestly....
I'm just chill for some reason 😂😂

But deep down, I'm freaking tired and stressed. I guess I just don't show it haha
