This is Muscabox. An entity who has a Music Box for a chest. Spinning it Counterclockwise will put anybody who hears it to sleep. Spinning it Clockwise however, will play the same tune, but it will put Muscabox to sleep. If you hear it's Counterclockwise song, your best option is to pray. It will find you, no matter what. Death is your only escape, even for the Hearing Impaired, as it's song does also act like Echolocation, so no matter what, it will find you. And it will kill you.
