This is for Edward Elric. He is from the show Fullmetal Alchemist. (There are two versions and I've only watched Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It's the most recent version.)

I colored his name in red because he wears a red cloak, swearing that it makes him look cooler.

The 311 stand for the fact that he and his brother burnt down their house on Oct 3, 2011, so they could never go back. (You have to watch the show to understand. And, no, there was no one in it!)

He was sixteen in the show.
