(You better believe that's firetruck in Korean, thanks NCT 127)

Here's the tutorial for that second eye! And again, please consider participating in my celebration event ending in just under two weeks! (Rules in the chapter titled "Surprise~!")

Same as the first, I draw the outline of the eye but this time add the circle for the center and then the slit for the pupil! (The eyelashes/rim are on a separate layer)

Base colors (both separate layers)

Now I found a much lighter blue on a different place on the color wheel, closer to green! After this I turned off all layers aside from the base color and then used the bucket tool to select that area on the area selection layer (so there will be a border for the colors)

Then I added the same blue on the bottom part of the eye (on aNOTHER DIFFERENT LAYER) and blended it using the Gaussian blur tool aforementioned)

Lightly blending the other blue as well

I slightly turned down the opacity on both layers so the brighter blue better works with the true eye colors

Notice how the blue pops slightly less with the opacity lowered

I then went to the color wheel and found a blue on the darker side of the spectrum, more of a royal blue for the darker parts!

Gaussian blur as per usual, the strength depends on the individual use

Lowered opacity once again

The same dark blue, but this time it will be a shadow!

Off-white blue color again for the eyeshine

Lowered opacity!

And there you have it! We BARELY made that photo limit ^^;;;
